Sentinel Legal is a Cheltenham-based, SRA-regulated law firm that takes on major consumer and public interest legal challenges. Having established itself in large-scale consumer litigation, particularly motor finance mis-selling, the firm is now challenging the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2025 by judicial review. Sentinel Legal argues that the Act goes beyond public health policy and raises a broader constitutional question about state power, individual liberty, and whether Parliament can permanently restrict one group of adults based only on when they were born.
